Iroquois Storytellers Visit

Page history last edited by Mrs. D 1 mo ago

On Friday, October 23rd, our 4th grade classes were visited by the group of 7th grade students who had worked with professional storyteller, Howard Edmond to each master an Iroquois legend. Mrs. Duggan-Lay, our junior high librarian, accompanied the twenty-seven storytellers to our library where they were greeted by Mr. Edmond before heading off to the different 4th grade homerooms to ply their craft. One commonly heard question asked by our students was,"How do you remember the whole story!?"
